Foreign data are slightly different .<\/p><p><strong>Causes of infertility \u2013 female factor:<\/strong><\/p><p>1. Ovarian factors<\/p><ul><li>Polycystic ovary syndrome (chronic anovulation)\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li><li>Premature ovary exhaustion<\/li><li>Hypothalamic amenorrhea<\/li><\/ul><p>2. Tubo-peritoneal factors<\/p><ul><li>Pelvic adhesions\u00a0<\/li><li>Endometriosis\u00a0<\/li><li>Tube obstruction<\/li><\/ul><p>3. Cervical factors<\/p><ul><li>Cervical stenosis\u00a0<\/li><li>Cervicitis\u00a0<\/li><li>Sperm block (immunological factors)<\/li><\/ul><p>4. Interruption of sperm penetration into vagina (vaginismus)<\/p><p><strong>Causes of infertility \u2013 male factor:<\/strong><\/p><p>1. Pathospermia<\/p><ul><li>Idiopathic oligozoospermia (most frequent cause)<\/li><li>Azoospermia<\/li><li>Necrospermia<\/li><li>Spermatozoids agglutination, lysis and capacitation disorder<\/li><\/ul><p>2. Varicocele<\/p><p>3. Other<\/p><ul><li>Duct obstruction (Post-infectious epididymitis, post-vasectomy obstruction)\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li><li>Interruption of sperm penetration into vagina (hypospadia, erectile dysfunctions)<\/li><\/ul><p>In order to determine the causes of infertility the Center for Reproductive Medicine \u201cUniverse\u201d has implemented and effectively uses all advanced highly informative methods \u2013 hormonal, immunological, genetic, ultrasound (4D) investigations, X-ray hysterosalpingography in dynamics, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, sperm quantitative and qualitative study, determination of DNA fragmentation index, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37b283f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"37b283f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SELECTION OF MANAGEMENT TACTICS AND TREATMENT\n\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-452b2e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"452b2e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: center;\">High efficiency of treatment of infertility at the Center for Reproductive Medicine \u201cUniverse\u201d is due to the complex, intensive assessment of the couple, possibility to adequately manage all types of detected pathologies (conservative and surgical treatment, assisted reproductive technologies, etc).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">In selecting the infertility management tactics, specialists of the clinic consider so-called \u201cgolden standard\u201d \u2013 in-vitro fertilization is not offered to infertile couple as the first choice, however, neither the unsuccessful conservative treatment lasts for years! If 2-year conservative and\/or surgical treatment does not give a positive result, clinic team starts selection of appropriate method of assisted reproductive technology for the couple (intra-uterine insemination, in-vitro fertilization, donation, surrogacy).
