Antenatal surveillance in the CRM Universe is carried out under the State program within the following standards (Contract N2D10112901H/1).

I visit (before 13 weeks of pregnancy)

• Obstetrician-gynecologist’s consultation   
• Therapist’s consultation
• Total blood count
• General analysis of urine
• Syphilis diagnostics with fast, simple method
• Determination of HIV antibodies with fast, simple method
• Determination of blood group and Rh
• Bacterioscopy examination of vaginal smear
• B-hepatitis diagnostics
• C-hepatitis diagnostics

II visit (on 18-20 weeks of pregnancy)

• Obstetrician-gynecologist’s consultation   
• Ultrasound of small pelvic organs (for detection of structural fetal anomalies)

III visit (on 30-32 weeks of pregnancy)

• Obstetrician-gynecologist’s consultation   
• Determination of the amount of protein in urine
• Determination of hemoglobin in the blood
• Syphilis diagnostics

IV visit (on 34-36-38 weeks of pregnancy)

• Obstetrician-gynecologist’s consultation   
• Determination of the amount of protein in urine
• Determination of hemoglobin in the blood
