On November 5, 2016, St. The IV International Scientific-Practical Conference "Modern Approaches to Diagnosis and Treatment of Reproductive Disorders" was held at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Tbilisi, organized by the Reproductive Medicine Center "Universe", I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Medicine, Scientific-Practical Center for Pregnancy Loss Management, Georgian Association of Andrologists and Georgian Association of Reproductologists.

The topics of the conference included the most topical issues of reproductive medicine for Georgia and the whole world - terminated pregnancies and infertility. At the conference, Georgian and foreign speakers presented the results of high-level scientific research on the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of reproductive disorders, the implementation of which will make the management of these pathologies much more effective.

Papers presented at the conference are not only scientific, but also of great practical importance, so the organization of such events by the conference organizers has already become a traditional form, which allows to periodically share world-renowned scientific achievements, accumulated knowledge and experience with colleagues. The conference was attended by about 250 doctors of various specialties from Tbilisi, Georgian regions and abroad.

The invited guests presented a special report at the conference: Dr. Med. Prof. Revaz Bochorishvili - Head of the International Center for Endoscopic Gynecology and Surgery (CICE) in Clermont-Ferrand (France) and Dr. Prof. Nana Tetruashvili, Head of the Department of Pregnancy Loss Prevention and Therapy, Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology, Moscow, Russia).

Receiving the latest information presented at the conference is one of the most effective means of continuing medical education and professional development of specialists. The conference was accredited and all participants received 15 UPG points and relevant certification.
